Coaching
Working with me will jumpstart your new life. All you need to bring with you is your desires and your commitment. I will listen without judgement and help you learn to trust in your own power to create the next steps to your future.
Step 1
Connect to your vision. What do you daydream about? I help you interpret what those dreams really are and why they are important to you. We explore where you are and where you would like to be - together. We do this by connecting with your true self through coaching, self-reflection and, if you wish, Reiki.
Step 2
Activate your resources. We will take a fresh look at what your talents are and what unique contribution you can make to the world. As the sessions progress, you will begin to get a feel for what your purpose is and how it can be realised. We will also look at what is happening in your life at the moment and what changes you can make to facilitate this transition. Although the focus is on work, other factors such as health, finances and family are considered.
Step 3
Remove obstacles. In order to create what we desire, we must not only know what it is that we want in life but also remove the barriers that are blocking us. You will start to identify and learn how to let go of the limiting beliefs and perceptions that are holding you back from living the life you are longing for and deserve.
Step 4
Create your new life. We will create a plan that feels good to you and break it down between sessions to take you step-by-step on your journey to new work, whether it is a job in a different industry or becoming an entrepreneur, and include how to stay energised to make it all happen.
Step 5
Continue to grow. The ultimate goal of the coaching program is to empower you to create a work life you love. This means you will take with you tools to help you make decisions aligned with your values and with the purpose-led career objectives you want to achieve now and in future projects.
Working with clients
I work with clients twice or three times per month in one hour coaching sessions. The minimum coaching programme is over a 3 month timeframe. Goal setting, tasks and homework will be assigned between coaching sessions, with email support as and when required.
