Reiki

Reiki can be translated from Japanese as universal energy - the energy which flows through all living things.  It is an ancient system of energy transmission which stimulates the body's innate healing abilities to get to the root of problems, whether physical, mental or emotional.

Why Reiki is good for you

Reiki is a safe, natural and holistic way to balance the energy fields in and around the body, treatments are able to:-

  • Clear toxins in the body

  • Ease aches and pains

  • Help to diminish feelings of anxiety or depression

  • Increase intuition

  • Promote personal awareness

  • Relax and reduce stress

  • Strengthen natural self-healing

I offer short, distant Reiki treatments at the start of coaching sessions to support the coaching work to follow. All that is needed is for the client to sit someplace quiet, or with relaxing music of choice, while I send Reiki from the comfort of my practice, for anywhere between the first 5 to 15 minutes of the online/telephone coaching session. Clients may or may not feel the warm, soothing or tingling sensations from receiving Reiki at a distance, but rest assured it still works and benefits will be felt over time!
