In this friendly session, I will give a (very) short introduction about me, guide you through a visualisation that will connect you to your heart's deepest wishes, share useful resources for future research and leave time to answer your questions on how to create a work life you love. We will also:

• Review the different paths to a career you love

• Hear some examples of how other people have done it

• Identify what the next step could be for you

Please note this session will not be recorded, so if you’re interested, do make some time to come along! There will be no obligation to be on camera. You may ask questions through the chat while watching your kids, prepping your dinner or feeding your cat. #introvertfriendlycoach #safespace

Create Your Vision 2022

Spring is the time when nature starts to wake up from winter hibernation. A time of renewed energy, change and growth. A time for giving our attention to what we would like to create in our lives.

Creative work is not just artistic work – though I have talked about making our lives art. Creative work is also about the ongoing process of us taking leadership in who we want to become and the lives we want to create.

So given the changes we’ve all been personally through these past two years, I felt inspired to deliver Create Your Vision 2022, an online vision board workshop on Friday, 11 March.
